    个人简介

    刘顺英教授:

     

    主要从事三个方向的研究:1.基于重氮及三氮唑的活泼中间体新反应研究(有机合成);2.基于立体多样性共价键抑制剂库及表型筛选的原创性药物发现研究(药物化学);3.基于立体多样性共价键抑制剂库的药物探针设计合成、药物作用机理及靶点发现研究(化学生物学)。

    研究方向

    主要针对罕见恶性肿瘤,通过基础研究中反应方法学发展高效合成技术,构建特色共价键抑制剂化合物库,结合药物化学及化学生物学等手段开展新靶点发现及药物发现研究,包括三个方向:

    研究方向一:针对含亲电共价弹头单元的立体多样性共价分子库高效构建的反应方法学研究,属有机合成化学

    研究方向二:基于上述自有特色共价分子库,通过表型筛选发现原创性活性工具分子,采用基于活性的化学蛋白质组学技术(Activity-Based Protein Profiling, ABPP)进行靶点发现研究,属化学生物学

    研究方向三:基于上述无需标记的ABPP技术所快速发现的新靶点,以活性工具分子为起点化合物,进行候选药物分子开发,属药物化学
